An enjoyable stay during our trip. Breakfast offered variety of options and was complimentary. The staff were terrific & looked after us and were ready to help. The outstanding service was provided in this solid hotel. Prime location, around 10-15 minutes walk from saturday market.

Very quiet location for one night, the hotel staff were CONSISTENTLY COURTEOUS. There were a supermarket and a convenience store next to the property. I appreciated my room - more than clean and surprisingly good. Food was exceptional and superb. Helpful service overall. No worries about free wifi throughout the property. It worked quickly.

It is undoubtedly a superior option when in Nelson. Wonderful stay, friendly staff, quiet atmosphere. The location is in a peaceful spot. They placed us in a superior queen studio which was huge and very clean. The pool was nice, and there was great room service.
